Information you provide

Lesson requests collect contact information, rider name and age, lesson preferences, and any notes you submit. Merchandise, sponsor, and contact forms collect your name, email, and message. Newsletter signup stores your email, subscription status, signup and update dates, and the version of the consent wording you accepted.

How we use it

The Learn to Ride Now administrator uses these details to review and coordinate requests, respond to questions, and manage the newsletter list. Submitting a lesson request does not sign you up for marketing emails. Newsletter signup requires a separate choice.

The newsletter list is currently stored in the site’s Admin area; no newsletter email delivery service is connected. Updates will begin when the newsletter launches. You can unsubscribe here. An unsubscribed record is retained to keep track of your preference.

Who can access information

Private submissions and subscriber lists are available to the authorized site owner. Form notifications are emailed to the owner through Cloudflare; failed notifications are retained for retry. Hosting and authentication providers process information necessary to operate and secure the website. The owner can export bookings and newsletter records to manage the business. This site does not provide an advertising or personal-data sale feature.

Cookies and browser storage

Owner sign-in uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie that expires after eight hours. Soup’s Arcade stores best scores in your browser’s local storage. Clearing this site’s browser data removes those scores. The site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Ask Soup is an automated FAQ guide. Its conversation is kept in the current page session, is not saved to a chat database, and is not sent to an AI service. It reads public lesson information when answering availability, pricing, or location questions.

Photos and external links

The gallery displays copies of photos chosen by the owner. Links to other websites, including RATC and park websites, open services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.

Parents and young riders

A parent or guardian should handle registration for a minor. Newsletter and contact forms are intended for adult riders and parents or guardians. Please only share details needed to arrange the lesson.

Your questions and requests

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted through our privacy request form. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Information is kept for coordinating the business and handling requests; there is no automatic deletion schedule configured on this site.
